Here is a simple one. Maybe it is not so simple and straight forward. I need to change my email address and I am not able to. I have been sent emails that I can not receive.

This is a feature that needs to be changed by our admin or staff, feel free to email any of the community builders or technical support at support@activerain.com and we will take care of it for you. Be sure to send a link to your profile and what you'd like the new email address to be.

You can't change your email address on your own. You have to go through support@activerain.com
The system will send you an email which you have to confirm is not spam, so do go ahead and click on the link.... because if you ignore it, AR will never get the email.
You can also go to Active Brad's blog on AR and send him an email directly. He will help you with this.
I tried sending you an email, but I'm assuming you're not getting it, if you've already changed email address.
Send Brad your new email address, and they'll change it for you.

Hi Cynthia and Sylvie. I will follow your suggetions. I have been having difficulty with the internet the last 3 weeks as I changed ISP's and have been losing the connection and not receiving emails. I will get back you and let you know.
