Today, Is the Neighborhood Open House!! Okay, its raining and I am going to Think Positively!! The Open House has been advertised on the Internet, in the News Sentinel, and in the Fountain City Focus! We put out signs on Wednesday this week, there is going to be a Door Prize!
Well, at Least its Raining, people hopefully won't be able to do anything outside today, and its a good day to go to an Open House!!
I have lots of Balloons, all different colors, plus the lights are really inviting in the Rain. I'm going to light candles, and bake Brownies, to serve, and of course I'll have tea and water, to drink!
There are Five Open Houses in the Neighborhood! The Realtors are basically, doing their own thing except for going in on the Door Prize!
People can also sign up for the Five Thousand Dollar Drawing. There is going to be a drawing for Five Thousand Dollars, the middle of June. The News Sentinel and one of the mortage people, are sponcering a give away for customers going to Open Houses between now and June. I would think this would be a big draw for anyone to come out to an Open House!!
The Up to Eight Thousand Dollar Tax Credit!! If I were a First Time Home-Buyer, I would certainly, be looking for a house! You have to buy between 80-175 thousand dollar House, and I think there are some paramaters for income but these are extremely, reasonable.
