James Keating was a 55 year old man last seen alive on January 31, 2003 when he left his job at FEDEX.   He was a solid, 15 year employee who always showed up to work or would call when he was unable to make it to work.   Working at the FEDEX plant in Mahwah, New Jersey he was a model employee, a quiet type who kept to himself.   He had moved to Warwick, New York in 1992 because he had found a home and area that he loved.

On February 2, 2003 when James did not show up for work his boss asked Police to check on him.  James' front door stood open and he had been stabbed to death.   It is now 6 years later and the Police are still searching for answers.

There is a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of his killer.  The Keating family is looking for closure in this terrible crime.   The killer still walks free as there have been no suspects made public and no motives speculated.    If you know anything do the right thing and call the State Police at 845-344-5300.
