6/7-10/2007 - Annual Department of Illinois Convention will be held at the Decatur Hotel and Conference Center. Room rate is the same as last year, $79 + tax. Call after Jan. 25th to reserve your rooms.

6/13/2007 - Marine Corps Coordinating Council of Chicago meets at the R/S Chicago located at Wolf and Oakton in Des Plaines, at 1900.

6/15/2007 - Job Fair will be held at Arlington Park Race Track, Colonel Roy Arnold, President.

6/15-16/2007 - PFC Geoffrey Morris Memorial Fishing Tournament to be held at the Port of Waukegan. On June 16, there will be onshore activities from 1200 to 2200. Included will be children's activities with Dr. Experemento, a live Coast Guard in water rescue demonstration, Tournament awards and a number of live band entertainment. 6/21/2007 - Marine For Life Luncheon will be held at Gibson's Steakhouse, 1028 N. Rush Street, (corner of Bellevue and Rush) Chicago, IL (312) 266-8999. Networking and cash bar will begin at 1130 with lunch, introductions, announcements and additional networking to follow. 6/24/2007 - Arlington Park Race Track will start Military Appreciation Week.

7/9/2007 - Sundance Saloon will host the Golf Outing Pairing Party for the July 10 Celebrity golf outing. Live bands will entertain during the evening.
