I am looking for suggestions on a problem. I am interested in persuing a recently expired $700K listing. The problem is: On the cul se sac the home is located on is a "Drummer Boy" I assume it is a boy, but whoever it is has there daily Drummer practice for an hour or so, sometimes more than once a day. The drumming is so loud you can hear it clearly a block away. Its no wonder the house has not sold. I spoke to one neighbor who seams resigned to the "problem". I spoke to the agent about it being a disclosure issue & it did not seem to phase him. No one seems to feel their is any recourse as long as it is not "after hours". It seems to me that being unable to sell your home due to he noise should violate something, like the "Persuit of happiness" I can't imagine being a next door neighbor & having friends over for a BarBQ & having to be confined to your house with the doors & windows closed & STILL hearing it. Has anyone else expierienced this? Any suggestions?
