Thanks Tim, and I appreciate your earlier suggestions for improvements.  In fact, Tim was the one that suggested this new information that appraisers must produce when conducting 1-4 family unit appraisals.

Hi Teri -- It's a report (Market Conditions) that comes straight out of our MLS (Rapattoni).  If you want to export to Excel directly and do your own (for additional time periods), you could Google "1004MC George" and you will see an appraiser named George Hatch has one.  You just have to export 12 fields from your MLS, set the dates, and wala!  A local lender here, Tim Bradford (fellow AR) guy is working on creating one for multiple years, that would be very cool when it's done.

Chris, thanks...I suspect our MLS does something like this as well...but haven't figured it out yet. Still learning since we changed over last July! ;-)

Hi Teri -- Good luck with it.  Once you export the 12 fields, paste, set the data, it's magic -- and that's if your vendor doesn't provide this already.
