What about Trackmyfile.com?

I'm just about ready to finish up a transaction where the TC uses trackmyfile.com.  It's been great!! All the files are posted and I get an email, so I can watch what is completed, what's posted and what needs to be completed.

I'm thinking about going to a program like that for my team members so that we all know what is done and what isn't.  It seems like a great way to communicate and we want to be a well oiled machine.

What do you all use?

Hi Kristi,

I see that I'm a year late on this blog post....but now I'm looking into TMS and wondering if you are still using TrackMyFile.com?  I'm gathering info from various companies and I just left a message with TrackMyFile.com.  We close around 30-35 files per month so we definitely need a program that can handle volume as well as user friendly.

Looking forward to your input!  Thanks!

I've been using Trackmyfile.com for a couple of years now and love it.  I can be out of the country and access my files through the cloud!  It also has a communication log for conversations w/clients/all parties to the transaction.  Did you decide to use it too?

We're doing short sales primarily and opted to use Short Sale Commander at this time.  Things will change and we will most likely go with TMF or another program at that point.  Right now, we have to focus on keeping our short sales organized and this works for us.
