REPORT ON THE OPEN HOUSE!

By
Real Estate Agent with Platinum Realty Group

About the Open House: Since I posted yesterday about the Open House I thought I would report on it.

It was Successful, I had maybe, ten to twelve  people come through and may be getting a call to sell a house from the Open House!

I met several good Prospects; most of the people that went thru could qualifiy for the $8000 credit, as first time home buyers.

We were disappointed in the participation, a couple of the Realtors that had told us they would participate, didn't show up. We had advertised quite a bit and were really sorry that all the houses didn't get Open.

We did have a Drawing and will award the gas card to the winner!

It sounds like overall it was a good Open House. The turn out wasn't as bad as some other areas and it sounds like you met some other potential clients. Good for You!!

Well at least the rain didn't cause it to be a total loss. I notice around here that when it rains most Realtors just close down their open houses.
