APPARENTLY IN NORTHWEST MONTANA! The showing was going fairly run of the mill until we opened up the door that lead to the deck. The moment they saw the porch swing - they fell in love ( with the property that is. It is so fun to be with clients that "LOVE the property". This is good part of being a Realtor. We all have felt it and not every sale is like it -- but when it happens-- WELL _ IT IS GREAT!
