Hi   !  This is a continuation of my blog about Midland, Michigan,  Spring & eventually Summer will be here !   Tonights weather calls for SNOW !  I say lets protest and get it out of here !   Just kidding !

With spring in the air the Great Lake Loons have started there season with a winning run.   Hopefully that will continue.

Spring is bringing up flowers and lots of potholes !

The flowers along Eastman will be planted on May 30th, it is done by volunteers so any group can sign up ! Just check with the Chamber for more information.

Dahlia Hill is to be planted soon and there annual tuber sale is May 23 & 30.  from 8-4.  Tubers are usually $2.00.  So bring a bag and take lots home to start your own Dahlia Hill.

Cohoon's elevator will be busy with seeds and bulbs.  Birds still need to be fed so get your birdseed there too, also get all your lawn growing supplies.

Midland Master Gardeners are doing lots of volunteer work around town as well as answering your questions on the MSU hotline.    Also check the Midland Daily News for there article each week.

Check out your grill ! Put out the patio furniture !  and enjoy the weather.

Good morning, Jane.  We're also expecting snow tonight in the Farmington Hills area, and it was just in the mid-70s a few days ago!  The weather is supposed to change for the better on Thursday, so hopefully this is the last of the cold weather.  Have a great day!
