Only 76 HUD Home Listings This Week in Columbus
There are even fewer HUD Homes this week than last. Only 14 new listings, and the total number of HUD listings shrunk to merely 76. You are probably wondering what happens to the 250 Columbus houses sold at Sheriff's auction every week?
Honestly, I am not sure. It appears that HUD has a hard time getting properties ready to list. Appraisals and property inspections need to be done for each HUD home before it is presented to potential buyers.

Please note that 20 HUD homes are listed above $100,000. Most likely, these are newer homes and great deals for owner occupants.
