Wiiiiiiiiii!

I went to the doctor yesterday and I gained five pounds!  I can attribute this to my recently sporadic schedule.  It seems people call to see property out of the blue (and want to see it at that moment) and I am either eating on the run or my schedule just isn't conducive to getting to the gym.  By the time I get home, I have chores and just haven't made time to work out lately.

So last night I went and bought a Wii Fit (well my boyfriend bought it for me - thank you Randall!) because if I have it in the house there is no excuse for not exercising.  It is actually a lot of fun and I feel great today!

It doesn't take very much time - most of the exercises are less than five minutes in duration - and the Wii keeps track of each individual's time and progress.  I love it and when I feel better, I tend to look better and act better and am just more pleasant in general. =)  I definitely recommend the Wii Fit to anyone who wants to get more active and have some fun at the same time!

I have never had so much fun hula-hooping before although the Wii Fit scares the dog since she's not used to me jumping around so much.

Thanks to a video game, I have no excuses not to exercise.  It doesn't matter how cold it is outside or if the gym is closed, if I have nothing to wear or no time!

I know everyone's schedules are hectic, but looking good and feeling great is actually very good for business!

Jenn --- great idea --- I need to get one --- I do not like going to the gym --  By the way, we are opening an office in Myrtle Beach --- would love to talk with you about AgentOwned Realty.

Hi Jenn, Now that sounds like fun, and I think it would make my dog really nervous too! Have fun with your new toy!

It's amazing how difficult is to find time to exercise, eat right and take care of ourselves -- I guess that should be our first priority, but it seldom is!!

Hey Charles - I will have to go check out your blog!  I'm having fun with it.

Liz - I definitely recommend it!  There is something for everyone.  Where are you going to be located in Myrtle Beach?

Mary - It is fun although my dog is still not excited about it!  I'm having a lot of fun.

I feel you.  I have been missing my gym time for the last year or so, and feel sluggish.  My wife has been using ht ewii fit for the last few months and it has inspired me to gte back in the gym.  Good luck with your new game or exercise equipment???

Gary - It's getting to be bathing suit season so it's motivating me! =)

Liz - Thanks for your thoughts...My family, friends and I are fine so far since we all live either far enough east or far enough southeast to be out of harm's way from the fire at this point.

Jenn, I LOVE my wii fit. And after you reach the higher levels, there are longer/harder versions of the hula-hoop. I work up quite a sweat and get more of a heart-pumping workout than I do any other way -- while actually enjoying myself!

Now, do be careful though. I have wiinjured myself. Make sure to stretch (REALLY) as you would for a normal workout. You should have seen my Dr.'s face as she tried not to laugh at me.

:-) Have FUN!
