The mountains are awe-inspiring. I wonder how far they are from where the picture was taken? Probably farther than I would guess.
I just knew somebody was going to ask me how far away from the Green Horn I was standing. I'm going to guess less than 40 miles. I was standing at about 8000 feet and the top of the mountain is just over 12,000 above sea level. That should make the flat landers pay attention!
