Get Green and Get Going!
The Green Designation address the concerns of consumers that are seeking real green expertise. The core curriculum includes:
- Green Building Concepts, principales and practices
- marketing to the green consumer
- financial advantages of properties that are eco-friendly
- Energy Start, and other rating systems
- Regulatory issues, Zoning and building codes as related to sustainability and member support with referrals, marketing tools and Consumer awareness.
To receive the Green Designation you must complete the core course along with one of these electives:
Residential/Commercial/Property Management
- When: Monday & Tuesday April 27 & 28 9am-5pm
- Where: OCBR Toms River, NJ
- Instructor: Joe Marovich
- Investment: $199

- May 19 the board is offering the Green Residential Elective
