we had an emergency situation that we had to rent the house for two months and then we were told or offered by the owner through our realtor that we have to continue paying the interest per month after two months and it will still be under the  the name of the owner...meaning hes still owns the loan but consider the house as our own....we do not have a perfect score,,we were told that after a few months of paying $3500 (for the $600K house) interest..we can refinance then the house would be under our name...please advise../comment on this..
