Remember the children's song "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" from when we were children? The thought struck me this morning that we can actually equate this to Real Estate or life in general. If you are going "down a stream", you can sit back and let the boat go meandoring slowly by itself, but the song says, "Row, row, row your boat" which gives you more momentum and direction. Although you will get to "somewhere" eventually, it tells you to "row", three times it shouts: "ROW, ROW, ROW"! And it says "merrily" not fight it,procrastinate, or become "grumpified" (is this a word?--should be!). "For life is but a dream." Too short to focus on negativity, to short to let the boat slowly meander. Also, remember that we staggered our stanzas and everyone was at a different place at different times but going down the same stream---rowing.
Remember Row, Row, Row today---Life is but a dream.
Have a great one!!!
