Sermons, Hymns and Sales Presentations

Talked to one of the clergy at our temple the other day and I asked him what gets people to come back for more?  What causes people to come back to the synagogue for a service and what makes people invite me back for a presentation.  He agreed the service in which his hymns had the characteristic I am about to share with you, attracted literally hundreds more people than those that don't.

I think the same is true for an Agent's sales presentations.  It will cause people to want to do business with an Agent repeatedly and refer them to others.

It is fun, enthusiasm, laughter, and inspiration.  Great content will make people appreciate you.  But add emotional involvement and people are compelled to want more of a relationship with you.

Telling a story that makes your point is better than making your point without the story.  Telling them a story  with a point that makes them laugh will make you undeniable.  It is not a natural talent.  It is a skill that takes time to acquire and perfect.  It becomes part of your experience brand.

So very true.  I was in the business almost 10 years before I learned the value of a good presentation, and it was quite eye-opening!
