Karina- To me, it is a mighty dirty word, more like the gestapo than anything else. Just went through a one year long audit and just came to an agreement and as soon as I signed the agreement I was hit with, oh By the way, we are now auditing more. Our accountant said that he has never seen so many audits being extended as he is seeing right now. Most of them real estate agents and construction people. :(

I know in our business it seems to send up a lot of red flags on our returns.

Pretty Bad that it is so complicated that it takes an accountant to figure it out.
