Yes, I was out with a really neat couple this weekend. They are from out of town. They are interested in three different subdivision. There is just way to much competition for them to make a decision.
So, I called the listing agent and he suggested that I get the buyers with the builder of a home that they found and really like and the builders are getting ready to build that home again.
Well, we met with the builder for a couple of hours and walked the lot and made changes and everything I can think of. After the meeting with the builder my clients wanted to look at one last piece of property.
So, we went over to the piece of property and they both individually asked me if they went with the builder would I get paid and be all right. Wow, what great clients I have. Looking out after me, with all of the stress they are having trying to sell their home in another state and get new jobs, move and purchase another home.
