I am a first time buyer and relatively green in this area.  I am however a little bit acclaimated with the USDA because a friend of mine just purchased a home. I live in Cabarrus county, I don't make too much $$ and I am looking for something relatively reasonable for me and my son.  A single family home, town home or even a ranch would be ok 3bedroomed 2full baths would be great.  I might need to fix an item or two on my credit but I am willing to give it a shot.
