If you plan to be an owner occupant, the building is pet friendly.  All pets must be approved by the board.

Currently all rooms in the hotel pool are undergoing renovation and n order to be in the Aston Hotel Pool  they must be renovate. There are many rental services in Waikiki to handle vacation rentals at perhaps better rates, I recommend  Hawaii Property management Services. units must have anon conforming use certificate to be rented at less than 30 day intervals.
