The "Power" of Attorney

Bob & Carolyn - I have the right people in my corner, like Richard (LOL)

Virginia - I am his long-time subscriber, close to 2 years. Still need to keep my cool, it is unlikely he had another agent in this area, but it is still great. But I was stunned by the power of referral, that there was no competition. And I know that some agent was talking to them and even worked on CMA. I do not know who that was, there was some disappointment there, and, as it usually happens, it was a valuation concern, but the minute they walked in, we were just discussing their goals and what and how we could address them, and it was that easy.

They work with Richard for some time already, and developed the relationship, and he sort of lent some of it to me.

Now I have to be at the top of the game, to live up to expectations

Bill- I know that you followed Richard, so you know him. I think you are right that some bonds are being developed on AR. Even if we do not look each other in the eyes, we still get a pretty good feel.

Sharon - Oh, that was nice. On the other hand I had someone call me and ask about Richard. He was from another state, and needed professional help. I guess, he burned himslef already, and was afraid to jump in without checking. I did not hesitate to recommend him. You know how this works. Sometimes it clicks, and you feel comfortable, sometimes it does not, and there is nothing you can do. Richard so far answered my e-mails, and i learned a lot from him.

As for your blog, I actually wanted to write a comment like many others, as I liked the blog post. I had something to say, but as I was reading, it was more and more like a vicious attack.

Gary - I always think it is an advantage, especially in complicated cases, when you can call the attorney and get the best answer for  the clients.

For me it is the best way to do short sales.
