Will the abandoned shell of a building, next to Chandler Fashion Mall that is on the auction block ever be compleat. You might remember that construction of this proposed hotel and high rise condominium project stopped about two years ago due to lack of sales and lack of money. We had originally been very excited about the project because we liked the location, the design, the floor plans and the price points. All of which mean zilch if it never gets built. Jeff Cline, the owner of the property is reportedly working to save the deal but he had only until April 14th to do so. We wish him the best but in today's market we bet he has a very difficult challenge ahead of him. Good luck Mr. Cline.
