My father was visiting this weekend, the first time since my mother passed away this winter. He is starting to think about moving to Florida to be closer to family. We look briefly around at what might be an option for him and I was suprised at what we could find. Brand new construction, 2/2 or 3/2 condos, low fees, low maintenance for under $170,000.
Now that is a price point that had all but disappeared. Did I mention that was just off College Parkway in the heart of south Fort Myers. There are others with different ammenities but what a refreshing find to know that almost anyone can qualify and find deals that were not there 1 or 2 years ago.
