The 2009 Schaeffer Eye Center Crawfish Boil is this weekend....May 1st and 2nd!

Tickets are $20 per day and $35 for a weekend pass

Enjoy eating some yummy crawfish while watching hot musical acts live on stage!

Ann, We have a lot of crawfish boils in our area also. Personally I'm not a huge fan of crawfish but the locals love it. I'm from up north and I guess this is when it shows.

Hi Ann- Now I used to use crawfish as bait when fishing in the local creeks as a kid in the midwest. I hever had the opportunity to eat them myself though. I imagine you steam them like crabs?
