Grammy-Nominee Stacie Orrico using vFlyer?!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with vFlyer Inc.

Well almost! Stacie Orrico is a is Grammy-nominated and Dove Award-winning pop singer, songwriter, and occasional actress (See Wikipedia). If you regularly listen to the radio, you have probably heard her single "I'm Not Missing You" which peaked at #19 on the US Billboard charts and #8 on the UK R&B Singles Chart. Well in February 2007, Orrico left Virgin Records and started raising money to move to Africa to help children with AIDS. In March, we received an email from Thomas Michael, who works with Stacie, about using vFlyer to get the word out. Thomas wrote:

Stacie Orrico is taking a trip to Africa to help children and infants in need that are exposed to Aids. Stacie will be auctioning off great personal items such as Grammy Dresses, clothes featured on her videos and DVDs and from her very own closet, as well as sign "Beautiful Awakening" albums (not currently available in the US) and signed posters! She is using vflyers on ebay, myspace, and her personal sites. We were hoping vflyer would be interested in giving her a complimetry upgraded account so she can add a video blog to the vflyer. We have created a link, but feel we could raise money more effectively if people see her actually encourageing them and telling the story herself. There are many "fake" Celebrity profiles online these days, so we want our fans to know that this is Stacie and she really is going to Africa!

Thanks you for helping Stacie help others!

At vFlyer, we love a good cause, so we were delighted to help out! Thomas and others have done a great job of using both flyers and widgets on MySpace to spread the word and we are glad to be a part of it and we wish Stacie the best as she ventures to do something good and positive in the world!
