What do we do as your REALTORS® when you come to see Savannah Lakes Village in McCormick, South Carolina to look at homes or building lots?  Hole 3 and lake Monticello

  1. We make sure the tank is full of gas and the car is clean to show the Village to you as our new buyer clients.
  2. We ensure that all pre-showing paperwork has been done, explanations have been made, and your questions answered.
  3. We don’t forget the community maps and information about amenities in the area.
  4. We schedule, make, and confirm appointments based on what you have told us you would like to see!
  5. Of course, we have those property listing sheets with the information that you will need about the homes/and/or lots you are going to see.  And we have comparable information, too!
  6. We have a couple of bottles of water iced down in a cooler in the trunk because it’s going to be a hot one.
  7. And we plan the tour of the community including the amenities.  You’ll visit the health and fitness center and see indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the weight room, the bowling ally and more.  And  we’ll drop by the 19th hole at one of the club houses for the best lunch you’ve ever had!

Okay – we’re ready – the plans are made!  What’s in store for you – the buyer?  We know you expect to walk through homes, looking at their features and assets.  We want you to compare each home to your needs and your lifestyle.  We want you to ask us every question you can think of – and more!  We promise honest answers!  And if you’re looking at building lots, we’ll arrange for you to talk to one of the area’s premiere builders about the lot you like!

  1. But . . . did you know in that list of things that we do, we bring along golf clubs and boat key?

Yes, there are only so many hours in the day but part of the process of seeing Savannah Lakes Village is enjoying the amenities.  It may be a late afternoon ride on the boat to see the lake and perhaps look at that beautiful home or lot – this time, from the water.  Or it may involve hopping in a golf cart and taking a ride on the course to see some golf course homes from a lush fairway.  You might even want to use our clubs (if you don’t have yours) and play a few holes for yourself to see what good shape the greens are in!

Looking at new homes and lots for retirement or for a 2nd home – at waterfront and golf course property?  Get ready to have some fun!  You’re coming to Savannah Lakes Village in McCormick, SC.  You’ll meet the nicest people you ever met who live here!    Grab your golf clubs and we’ll bring the boat key!

Bruce & Mary That is a sweet problem to have! I am staying busy just getting clients to see the inventory. I would love to be able to entertain while I show. Believe me, watching me golf, is entertaining...

Im in on the boat ride. We occasionally take Lake Murray buyer clients to view via boat. Its a great way to see that Lake Living is a lifestyle choice not just a home. Its also a great way to make a long term friend!
