Just As Right As "RAIN"......A Special Invite to those that are New to AR...........
I was thinking about this on the way into the office this morning as I was driving through the misty morning and came up with several thoughts about the saying "Right As Rain". I could remember my grand parents using this saying many years ago. It is interesting where your mind will go if you only let. But I digress..
So the first thing that I did was Google the saying and this is what came up, "Rain is considered by some to be pure and cleansing. "Right as rain" would mean that everything is ok and in harmony."
So what is the purpose of this post anyway? Well I would like to go and visit the AR gods in their temple and the cheapest way to do that is to win this contest that they have running until tomorrow. You know the one that both Jeremy Blanton and Active Brad announced earlier this month. Really I just want one of the, soon to be Classic, ‘T' Shirts they are giving away. But again I digress.
What is right as rain?
- Richard Weisser is----You can just about set your watch by the time (normally around 7am) he has his first post up every morning. If you have never read his blog check him out. He offers some really good information on Coweta County GA and the surrounding area, along with some mighty fine photos.
- Then there is Nestor and Katerina Gasset in Wellington FL. They have some really wonderful localism posts. In addition to offering many sales tips on short sales.
- Mike Jones in Tucson AZ is another blogger who will take you on a tour of Tucson with some very good localism posts. He has been know to take you on vacation with him and share a little bit about his cow punchin' episodes. By the way he is another good photographer too.
- Todd Clark is either the #1or #2 blogger in Active Rain with a gazillion points and he does a lot of localism posts about Beaverton OR.
My whole point is there are MANY Rainmakers that are doing some wonderful localism posts and those posts are being viewed by loads of people across the internet. These viewings bring along with them the possibility of increased business. What a nice perk, eh? As a new member on Active Rain you may not have signed up for the whole enchilada and are missing out. I have heard that many of the new members are writing some good localism posts but they are only getting out the 144,000+ AR members and not the general public. Don't be left out, make it a "Right As Rain" day today for you and fill in the little form below and send it back, you will be glad that you did.
Don't be the missing piece to the Active Rain Community.
