Final minutes are ticking by for an informal property tax evaluation deadline.....check out the blog. If you miss the deadline there is a formal process to follow....
Anyone seeking to take advantage of the opportunity to lower property taxes is encouraged to do so....the other day I saw the story in the paper ranking cities by properties potentially eligible....Placentia led the way with over 50% of it's residential properties eligible for tax reductions. Of course, even though you may deserve one....you'll only get it if you request it and are eligible based on the guidelines.....
