Have you ever tried to communicate with an asset manager who obviously thinks you're someone to look down upon? I have and have had some really awesome, wonderful asset managers who work in a professional manner and treat the agents they work with as if we are on the same level. Recently, a company my Real estate partner and I work for sent us a new assignment and the pre-marketing manager for the property asked me how I could be confused when I asked her to clarify something for me. Her email literally consisted of a one sentence order that she barked out to us, that didn't make any sense! When I replied that I was confused and that I needed some clarification, she had the audacity to ask me how I could be confused. Where do these people come from and why do they think we Real Estate agents are below them, and don't deserve respect? It's one of those untouchable companies that you work with the website system and don't really have any other way to make any contact. My partner and I have handled many properties for this company, but we get a different asset manager every time. Some of them are great, but then you get some who expect you to read their mind through a one lined email request.....
