This beautiful & immaculate home is move-in ready.  Just bring your toothbrush!  Freshly painted inside & out, this home offers 4 bedroom 2.5 bath and a huge great room that will accomodate large family gatherings.  New carpet downstairs, 2 car garage, central vacuum system, and an island in the kitchen are some of the features.  The laundry is located inside where the air conditioning is - a real plus in  South Florida's hot summers.  The bedrooms are a three way split off the upstairs landing.  This lay out makes one bedroom great for a mother-in law suite, a college student that requires privacy, or an adult child that has returned home for whatever reason.  The community provides the pool & is a short walking distance from the house.  Walk to all level of schools, as well as shopping.  Located in an area convenient to major roads, offering easy access to the Miami area, Boca Raton & points north & south.

Coral Springs, Fla is an upscale community with a population in excess of 130,000 and is a master planned community northwest of Ft. Lauderdale.  As suburban communities go, the city is well planned, with parks & schools near by.  Restaurants are abundant.  Coral Springs is home to a hospital, a regional county library, a regional shopping center, and many boutique shops & private enterprise.

Coral Springs is spread over almost 24 acres and even though the population is in excess of 100,000 getting aroound the city is quite easy.  The residents are quite youthful with the medium age being just  36 years of age.  That young population requires lots of schools, and Coral Springs offers 22 public/charter schools

Hi Elaine,

I like-"Just bring your toothbrush"

Now I know why my clients love Florida.  I'm from Texas and they have similiar architecture styles.  Here in NC we have a more traditional look.
