Does anyone use the perfect Customer Relationship Management (CRM) online program? I'm looking! I'll need a program my Directors can use across the country as we build this program in all 50 states.
In addition to building a Director staff I'm making media contacts to spread the message about "Homes For Heroes" - if you know of a civic and patriotic Realtor or Lender, please have them check us out.
I have 2 available to me, Constant Contact that I voluntarily pay for and one offered by my brokerage that I'm required to pay for. I use the former because of the way it personalizes each individual message. That said, I doubt there will ever be a CRM tool that is perfect.

can you tell me what you are looking for? Is this for selling real estate, or is it for pulling together (recruiting) a team of people?
We sell a product called RealtyJuggler, which is pretty reasonably priced ($99 / year), available as secure web site that caters to realtors. It's geared to closing real estate deals. So, I am not so sure that's what you are looking for?
