The multiple listing service (MRIS) now has a search field to identify foreclosures. This is a new service and the list is not yet complete. This will give you an idea of what is available in the inventory of lender owned foreclosures that are available for purchase. This link shows 22 properties and is in order of lowest to highest prices.
