You're not just buying a house, you're buying a lifestyle

Why buy in West Palm Beach? There's many reasons, but one of them is the great waterfront lifestyle you get to live. In West Palm Beach we have the perfect balance of quiet and loud, busy and calm, city and suburb. Both young and old can come together and appreciate our by-the-water downtown district. In many ways, downtown West Palm Beach is like Miami. It is exciting, interesting, fun, but at the same time it offers something that Miami doesn't have. Calm, laidback areas. You can go dance the night away at Dr Feelgoods, step out, grab a slice at one of the many local pizza places we have (City Pizza, Pizza Luna, Pizza Girls, etc.), then go walk down to the seawall for a leisurely stroll on the water. In all that time you'll probably have walked a grand total of 10 minutes, if that. I mean, where else do you have a library right by a club?

Downtown West Palm has got it all, including trolleys, bike taxis, and horse drawn carriages if you're not the walking type.

Things to do? Watch a movie at the beautiful Muvico Parisian, browse through the books at Barnes & Noble, go to an art gallery like This N That, or the Norton Museum of Fine Art, catch one of the live shows put on right outside of Barnes & Noble, get pampered to death at Anushka Cosmedical Centre Spa & Salon (cited by Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Allure and InStyle magazines), get crazy on Thursday nights at Clematis by Night, take a tour of the city on land and in the water on a Divaduck (an amphibious vehicle), etc. The options are seemingly endless, and because West Palm Beach is a rapidly developing, always growing city, you never know what might be opening soon.

Thats part of the exciting part of living here, you get the sense that it's always growing, never stagnating.

Another great aspect of this city's downtown is how safe it is. Police on segways cruise around, security guards in golf carts. You don't have to worry about being mugged while you window shop around Clematis. This makes it a great place for families to move. It's also very clean, especially compared to neighboring cities downtowns. No needles in the dirt, crack baggies laying everywhere, etc.

All in all, a great place to live, so what's stopping you?
