What is all of the hype about? I am amazed at how much perception can be reality for many people. I was talking to a prospective seller that needs to list his home today and I know he is trying to wait because he is concerned about the price he is going to get on his home and the condition of his home.
It seems like now is the time to list when interest rates are at an all-time low...like today they are at 4.75% for a 30 year fixed rate home. The buyers seems to be buying now and I am hearing about more multiple offer situations. But, really when it all comes down to it...buyers and buying and sellers need to be selling. Let's be realistic...it's about pricing correctly and staging to sell...We, as Realtors need to be counciling sellers to "get rid of the extra stuff!!"

It is not ok to have houses in this market that are not ready to be shown to a prospective buyer. If that is the case, we as Realtors need to think about whether we want that house attached to our name.
