More about Wholesale Capital Corporation: http://www.wccmtg.com/
WHOLESALE CAPITAL CORPORATION was incorporated under the laws of the State of California on October 5, 1992. Prior to that time, all mortgage lending was conducted under the D.B.A., American Bankers Capital. Both companies were owned and operated by Robert L. Rummer and Bruce Rummer prior to January 1, 1996.
The corporation was formed with the intent of originating home mortgages through the use of FHA/VA and Conventional loan products. On January 13, 1993, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved Wholesale Capital Corporation as a Loan Correspondent, under their guidelines.
On January 1, 1996, upon the retirement of the Rummer's, three new partners then acquired Wholesale Capital Corporation: Edwin Hoffman, James Rogers and Barry Campbell. With this new team, the Company took on a new aggressive, sales-oriented approach to originating and funding loans. Since that time, the Company has seen tremendous growth and expansion with the need for a corporate identity and location. The Company elected to develop its presence and market share in Moreno Valley and in May 1996 Wholesale Capital moved to Moreno Valley. In March 2006 Wholesale Capital moved their new building located at 23328 Olivewood Plaza Drive.
Wholesale Capital Corporation received HUD approval as a Non-Supervised-Mortgagee and now functions as a direct Mortgage Banker. With the ability to underwrite and fund their own loans, Wholesale Capital continues to finance its steady growth from earnings. The financial statements demonstrate that the Company has continued to both retire debt as well as increase its capital position.
The Wholesale Capital Corporation management team now consists of Edwin Hoffman and James Rogers as the sole shareholders and corporate directors of this privately held company. With the development of it's new Mortgage Banking status, Wholesale Capital Corporation expects to continue its rapid, but steady growth throughout the new millennium.
