Can't say that things are all bad in Canada. I have had a record month for both real estate sales and mortgages. I have been so busy that I have had to refer excess client out to others.
While many of my peers are busy crying about the slow market, I am out selling their ex-clients property and mortgages. There is lots of business out there. Lots of anxious and motivated sellers and lots of eager bargain hunting buyers.
They just dont walk in the front door and fall into the lap of those agents with no skills anymore around here.
