What are our duties to our clients???

I have had a struggle this week with and issue. What are our duties to our clients? While getting caught up in the emotions of the short sale, the pending foreclosure, and the duties we are to perform for our clients, I realized that our jobs are not to be right or to anticipate what our clients needs and wants are. Our jobs are to make the transition, weather it be buying or selling, for our clients as easy as we can. Our jobs are simple, we are here to help! I find so many Realtors get caught up in the process, the game, their own wants, and so many other things that muddy the water. It is simple, we are to help our clients, we are the middle man/woman. Our wants should be those of our clients not our own.  I just wanted to share this Ahh Haa moment with every one. I hope this will help you this week.
