We are planning a few rent to own sessions this year ourselves.  We have a few strategies that work for some and are working on perfecting it.  In the areas we service though, those that desire it have credit scores too low and need much discipline to make it work. 

Have you seen many successes?

I believe so. We have several families nesting with plans and tasks to accomplish:-) with eye on close by end of year to enjoy the $8K tax credit. It does take discipline.

Some people though almost qualified--prefer straight rent...for some its too stressful to think about buying.
