Darren- I am concerned that you know what dirt tastes like-LOL- Dinah Lee
Hello Larry, I love the picture. How many bedrooms and baths? And what are the taxes?
Actually looks like a place I would love to see!
your friend in Charlottesville Virginia!
Kat...isn't it?
Shirley...you rock. I feel like a million bucks. they told me to take it easy for a bit. I'm as type A as they come. I will listen this time though. I've lost 10 weeks and want to seize the whole summer...so THIS TIME, I'll listen.
Chis, you don't, do you.
Darren...that's what makes it so cool...kinda sucks you in, you know?
Dinah....no just B&W
Sash....YW
Kev...it was a vacation photo. I kept asking for info, but the listing info was scratched on the tree and I couldn't read it.
Charles....cool stuff.
Matt...try spending the night there.
Larry, great black and white shot of the cabin. There is a lot of history in the Smokey Mountains.
Larry -
What a wonderful picture it is very powerful in black and white! I love it even though it does have a spooky feel to it.
Larry,
I love the power of this shot and the "color." I am featuring it on "Speechless Sundays" and reblogging it. Great job. :)
Steve
Larry, great shot - I like the perspective, the trees look so giant next to the itsy bitsy house. I always love black and white and sepia. You may have inspired me, I am going to look for something to add to one of the wordless, speechless, etc sites. Do I have to wait for the actual day???
Mike...at that there is.
Jackie....very eerily cool!
Steve...dude...thanks...I've had so many great comments I think I'm going to throw up another B&W. Thanks again Steve....really appreciate it.
Joanne....you had me at "black and white and sepia." You get a pass on the waiting.
I was out looking at homes in the county and saw one just like this. I dod not have my camera! opppps!!!
your friend in Charlottesville Virginia!
I can see it now. I would like to be there, not if you are refferencing a certain movie though. I would not want to be there in that case, but other than that, I looks like a great get away. I wish you the best.
Wow what a beautiful picture thanks for sharing it with us here at activerain.

Larry,
Is this your two week vacation cabin, I think its the perfect get away. No phone, No TV, just plain country living at its best.

Very cool shot! Conjures so many possible stories in the imagination!

Hi Larry, Now here is one very rustic little cabin. It would be fun to see what's inside
