Toby Cat Where Are You?

A bad storm was brewing late this afternoon here in the Upstate of South Carolina and Toby Cat was no where to be found. Both the wife and I searched all over looking for and calling for Toby Cat. He was no where to be found. We looked in all of the usual places. Toby Cat was no where to be found. Then we heard him, we looked up and there he was. We picked him up and carried him inside and away from the storm. We really wish that Toby Cat could be happy as an inside kitty, but he won't.
