This past weekend, there was an excellent article in The Washington Post noting that some baby boomers are reclaiming the old way of buying investment property. Our current real estate climate is helping investors buy investments the old fashion way. Buy low and rent for a positive cash flow. The Prince William County foreclosure properties have dragged down home prices. That's the reality we are living in right now.
