Lenn, I stopped by to check out how you present your stats. It appears to me that you do them differently than most folks. And I like it. You provide tons of graphics, some that are informational, some that are fun. You focus on a specific topic and not just provide general information. Good job, I'd like to stretch myself into doing my stats more like you do. Thanks.

My posts and the incorporation of "stats" changes like the wind.

It all depends on the message I'm trying to convey with a particular post.

I personally love "hard core" stats, but it's a bit much for some consumers. I just want the consumer to feel comfortable and enjoy my post and call me when they want to buy a home.

Included in my "market reports" is usually homes for sale so the home buyers to see actual listings.

These links take folks to our IDX site which is really very good.
