These are single-family residences (not townhomes or condos) that are either in pre-foreclosure, short-sale situation, or are Lender Owned. These are the actual numbers taken from MLS for the month of April/2009.
The first zip code represents just over a one month inventory, and the second is exactly one month!! Investors and Buyers of Phoenix Foreclosures & Short Sales, NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!!!
