I need financing for a Manufactured home on 12 Acres of land

Hi All,

Need your help desperately. I have a strong buyer who wants to buy a Manufactured home on 12 Acres of land and I am having a hard time getting a lender to loan him the money. Do you have any experience in a situation like this. He is a young, first time buyer who is a very hard worker and can certainly make the payment.

BBandT are a possibility but I have also heard of a USAA. I do not have any knowledge of it.

It is a double wide on a permanent brick foundation. Age is about 8 years old. Looks great..

What's the age of the unit? If it's on a foundation you should be able to get conventional financing. However, for a specific manufactured home loan, try US Financial (Cheryl or Carla) at 949-661-9683 or Santiago Financial (Tahra Kwan) at 800-301-3247.

It's been awhile since I've used either one and the numbers may be direct numbers to the particular officers, not a main line, but if the numbers don't work, Google the name and the companies should show up.

I've used both over the years and if a loan can be made they can do it.
