SANFORD, Fla. --- Dave Brewer Inc., which ranks as one of the area’s most active builders of luxury and custom homes, recently completed construction of a state-of-the-art FGBC-certified “Green” luxury home.
The Florida Green Building Council is a coalition of builders, architects, engineers and environmental consultants who have established benchmark standards for energy efficiency and environmental quality.
Gary Rauch, president of Dave Brewer Inc., said the new green home offers 5,600 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, and over 85 “Green” building features, including solar hot water and a custom-designed A/C system.
Located in Winter Springs, the single-story luxury home was commissioned by its new owners and priced at $1.3 million.
