I prefer short sales and I do pay cash. High end residential. At least 3 times median. No work to very little work required.
As an investor I am currently buying luxury shorts and then reselling as quickly as I can. For agents that means good things. Rep for me when I buy and then resell for me. Commissions are nice on million dollar homes.
If you got em, I will buy them.
