This was a previous Hot Prop in the beginning of March (listed for $559,000), but they still have not sold it. The seller's have purchased another property and need to sell this unit ASAP. Shoreham Towers is a full service building located just above the Sunset Strip adjacent to where the old Tower Records used to be. I've always liked Shoreham because of the prime location, the layouts of the various types of floor plans, and the very attentive staff who make sure you are taken care of with a smile. Often times these types of buildings tend to cater to a more "mature" clientele, but Shoreham is truly an eclectic mix of all types, much like the Sunset Strip it inhabits.
