South Carolina Stops Foreclosures

Breaking news from Columbia, South Carolina,  it's even on the 6 o'clock news!

An injunction to temporarily stop foreclosures in South Carolina has been filed, this is supposed to allow home owner's who are in trouble to take advantage of the administration's modification program while they are still in the home.

The details are sketchy at this time and we don't have any specifics and so far South Carolina is the only state to take this kind of action on foreclosures according to the news.
