I,d rather be poor than call him uncle Obama

We are so much alike. I too like money and vacation and working is okay but i like free better.

You know as crazy as it sounds there are those who think like this...(my sister in law) They feel entitled. Where in the heck do hey think all of this money comes from? Oh yah, we can print it!

I say we give them an island and let them fend for themselves. Then they will know the true meaning of peace...LOL-Dinah

Kevin - Nothing is fair anymore.  You work hard and the government takes your money and give it to those who thinks they are entitled without working for it.  And I thought socialism was gone long time ago. 

It seems to me EVERYONE has forgotten that little lesson called "SAVE FOR A RAINY DAY!"

Everyone lived for TODAY, & now it has bitten them in the Butt.

Well theres nothing like being homeless & living in your Mercedes.

I just hope the Survivors learn a lesson for the future. Because I worked to fund MY retirement not theirs. I am personally debt free, own my home & now I have to subsidize all the "Carpe diem" & "Keeping up with the Jones" people.

Alot of debt and alot of money printing but it is not a sustainable expansion of ecomonic stability, aside from a miracle there is no way America can sustain this large debt on the American taxpayers. Does it really matter if you own your own home, fund your own retirement when your country is in bankruptcy and China is collecting her debt?

I think your Uncle will have to ask Momma Nancy and Daddy Harry first!

What would happen if we just quit paying the other countries? That is exactly what many of them did to us for the better part of the 20th century.  I wonder how much debt the US has written off?

Trey brings up a good point as do  Tim and Pam. It seems you overlooked the fact that he does not do anything unless someone else ( we know who they are) tell him to. I am just plain scared for our nation.

It is people like you Kevin that are connecting the rest of us and allowing us to pool our thoughts together to encourage eachother to get through this. I have faith that The United States of America will get through this because we are not going to stand by and watch the destruction of our values, constitution and the American Dream. Others are starting to wake up to. Keep up the posts-

I am REALLY curious to see how Obama handles the death tax this Fall.  I have a feeling that there is going to be some real "change" with this.
